They add items, share contact and address details, and submit the order.

Customer checkout
The customer sees a cart that has all the items added.

Order processing
Depending on how the store owner configured the store, the order would be visible for processing or approval.

Pickup or delivery
Customers pick up in‑store or receive delivery as per your settings. We have option for live tracking.
